Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email lovecandlesupport@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Burned or used candles cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, email lovecandlesupport@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received an expected refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, as processing times vary. If it still has not arrived, contact us at lovecandlesupport@gmail.com.
