Candle safety

Candles involve an open flame. By purchasing, you agree to follow the safety instructions printed on the packaging: burn on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn time is approximate and varies with conditions. Love Candle Co. is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Candle Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
